Mission Statement & Philosophy
Mindy's Circle Time serves the families and children in the Shasta County communities by providing a safe and healthy environment. We are a member of the Quality Counts North State.
We are committed to strive toward excellence in quality early care and education. Our goal is to provide positive guidance and tools to help each individual child succeed. We provide curriculum programs that focus on cognitive, motor, social, and language developments.
We truly believe the growth and success of a child requires partnership and involvement from both the provider and the parents. It is important to establish an effective and on-going dialogue to ensure each child's goals and milestones are on track. When children are in a sage and fun environment- they will develop desire to learn, explore, and excel academically.

Hello families! Welcome to Mindy's Circle Time Childcare Center. Operating my own center is a lifelong dream, and I am thrilled to finally bring my vision to life.
I earned a bachelor's degree in child development from San Francisco State University (2010) and over 20 years of experience in the industry. I am dedicated to fostering each child's growth. I believe children thrive in a safe, fun, and caring environment. My priotriy is to provide an inclusive curriculum that focuses on enhancing cognitive, motor, social, and language skills.
When I'm not at the center, I love enjoying the great outdoors and sports--playing volleyball, camping, fishing, and hiking--with my family.

Hello Mindy's Circle Time families! I'm Mindy's husband, and I'm thrilled to help support this wonderful community. Mindy and I have been married for 24 years and are proud parents to our three sons: Kadin, Kyle, and Kody. It has always been my goal to help Mindy fulfill her lifelong dream, as I truly admire her passion for working with children.
While my background is in the medical device industry, I see a strong parallel between that rewarding wordk and what we do here. Providing quality childcare is critical, and we are committed to ensuring every child receivees the tools and resources they need to succeed in these early stages.
